On December 18, 2008, volunteer firefighter Richard Leanna was promoted to Luitenant. Rich has been volunteering with CRF&R for 13 years and responds out of our Columbia City station in Engine 4724. He is currently the only volunteer Luitenant. Congratulations Lt. Leanna!
